New USPS Move Update Requirements
Effective November 23, 2008, USPS Move Update requirements will expand to include all Standard Mail — letters, flats, parcels and not flat-machinables — as well as automation- and presort-rate First-Class Mail. In addition, address lists must be updated within the 95 days prior to the mailing date instead of 185 days.
