Equipment and Postal Software Industry to bring you, our clients
we rely on, an easy, secure and accurate way to order and track your
mailing supply orders. After your 1st order, or if you
subscribe to our newsletter, we will on occasion contact you with
News and Discount offers to show our appreciation of you patronage.
We will not: email you the newsletter or special offers more
than once a month or sell your contact information, page down
for more information.
For Information, questions or support on a
current order, please reply back to your original order email or log
into your account, click the order in question, then click email.
Return / Cancellation Policy
Equipment comes with 30
day warranty unless stated otherwise and will be repaired and
returned if needed. All Sales are Final and can not be returned for a
full refund. However this can be an added value option and would be
stated on your order. In which case the machine can be returned for
full refund with RA Number after calling 866 471-6764 and receiving
your RA number as long as you have not excessively used or damaged
the equipment. Equipment can not have been used for more than 20,000
cycles. Buyer pays all shipping, handling, consumables and labor
charges. An example of labor charges would be our technician needing
to spend an hour cleaning peanuts out of the machine. Feed rollers
worn and need to be replaced.
Supplies can be
returned within 30 days if unopened. 30 days if opened and
being returned due to manufacturer defect. Credit will be issued if
merchandise has a manufacturer defective and is verified as such by
us. If damaged by improper use, cleaning, storage or
mishandling no credit will be issued. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
To make a return reply back to your order
confirmation email stating what you need to return and why.

email in the box! Credit will be issued within 30 days of
return and review.
Equipment and Parts are subject to a 20%
restocking fee plus freight. See Equipment above for full details
Phone and Fax Order Policy
Orders placed
via phone or fax will be charged a $10 processing fee. Some of
our pricing is Internet only pricing and only available to orders
placed online.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped within 1 working
day of completed payment processing. With the exception of back
ordered product, in such case, buyer will be notified of back order
via email, and estimated delivery date, then given the option to
cancel the order. For shipping purposes the working day ends at 3:30
EST, on occasion we can ship as late as 5:30 EST.
International orders
Must be over $200.
All international orders under $200 will be canceled and refunded
Information and Picing Errors
In
the event that we make a data entry error that effects your order, we
will notify you of the price correction and give you the option to
cancel the order. This error could be product pricing or more
commonly shipping charges. We reserve the right to modify or
cancel any incorect order and refund your payment.
Bank-Returned Checks: A $35 charge will be
assessed for each bank-returned check, including checks on which
payment has been stopped.
Payment Collection: You agree to pay any
and all Fees associated with collecting payment / debt.
Payment not recieved within 30 days from shipment will be charged a
$10.00 collection fee and increw interest at 2% or the maximum
allowed by state which ever is higher.
