Our addressing ink line covers HP C8842A Versatile Black, Collins Reliable H, Rena EasyInk for the Quadient AS-Series, our own SFM 42 remanufactured C8842A at $17 or less, plus MACH 5 & MemJet inks, Formax ColorMax for full-color envelope printing on the Quadient MACH 7, and Formax AP inks. SFM-branded inks are stocked in Pennsylvania and California for faster nationwide delivery.
Our wafer seals and postal tabs meet USPS DMM requirements and ship in 1″, 1.5″ and 2″ diameters in translucent, white and clear, fitting Accufast KT, KT-2, QT, Rena T-250 through XPS Pro Tab, Astro 9600/9900, Buskro, Kirk Rudy, ProFold, Secap Jet1 and Printstream II, Pitney Bowes W350, and Staplex tabbers. 5,000-per-roll small cases ship from our Pennsylvania warehouse; large 40,000-per-roll bulk cases ship from our North Carolina warehouse.
Our USPS tray tags and bag tags are pre-perforated and work in laser, inkjet and direct-thermal printers, with layouts for BCC, Mailer's Software, Postal Soft and Satori. Our postal sealing solution compares to Pitney Bowes EZ Seal and Quadient Sure-Seal at a fraction of the cost. We also carry postage meter ink, ribbons and tapes for Pitney Bowes, Quadient, Hasler and Francotyp Postalia.
For parts, we stock the most-common replacement items — feed rollers, separator tips, sensors, belts — in our Pennsylvania warehouse. Where do you ship from?

What ink does the Quadient AS-Series addressing printer use?
The AS-450, AS-650 and AS-850 use Rena EasyInk cartridges, which are mechanically identical to HP C8842A Versatile Black. Our SFM 42 and Rena EasyInk drop in directly.

Yes. All of our wafer seals and postal tabs meet or exceed USPS DMM 201.3.14 booklet and folded self-mailer tabbing requirements.
