Do I have to use distilled or deionized water?
We strongly recommend using distilled or deionized water for optimal performance and to prevent mineral buildup in your machine over time. You can purchase it for about a dollar at any supermarket. In a pinch, standard tap water will work, but we do not recommend using well water due to its high mineral content.

This stuff is great. Frees up so much space in my already cramped supply room and saves us a fortune on shipping. We used to get a pallet of 40 jugs, or a 50 gallon drum, now I can keep the same supply in a small box. Brilliant.
