Return / Cancellation Policy
Equipment comes with a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise and will be repaired and returned if needed. All Sales are Final and can not be returned for a full refund. However, this can be an added value option and would be stated on your order. In which case, the machine can be returned for a refund (minus 3% credit card and processing fees) with RA Number after calling 866 471-6764 and receiving your RA number as long as you have not excessively used or damaged the equipment. Equipment can not have been used for more than 20,000 cycles. The buyer pays all shipping, handling, consumables, and labor charges. An example of labor charges would be our technician needing to spend an hour cleaning peanuts out of the machine. Feed rollers were worn and need to be replaced.
Supplies can be returned within 30 days if unopened. 30 days if opened and being returned due to manufacturer defect. Store credit will be issued if merchandise has a manufacturer defective and is verified as such by us or if needed by the manufacturer. If damaged by improper use, cleaning, storage, or mishandling, no credit will be issued. No refund will be issued if the only problem is that it is not working correctly for your current job or the item you are currently printing on. Shipping charges are not refundable. Supplies For Mailers - All For Mailers Inc. has the sole discretion as to whether a store credit or refund is issued. Often the item must be inspected by the manufacturer; this process can take a few weeks to get the results. Rena Mach Tanks / M-Jet. We can only cover tanks / M-Jet parts if you purchased the printer from us, All For Mailers Inc. If you did not purchase the printer from us, we can not warranty the tanks/parts. Differences in labeling, the coloring of packaging, or any packaging/labeling are NOT valid reasons for returning any product. All sales of equipment parts are final and without warranty, unless installed by an All For Mailers authorized technician. ** Some Manufacturers have a minimum purchase requirement varying from $50 to $100. If the order is under the required amount, they charge us a fee that ranges from $15 to $50. If your order incurs a fee, we will contact you and advise you of your options. The most common options are that you can pay the additional fee, increase your order, or have us combine it with our next order, which will delay the shipment.

To make a return, reply back to your order confirmation email stating what you need to return, why it's being returned, and the tracking number for the return. Then ship the product back to:

Shipping Notice
During periods of temperatures, extra care needs to be taken when ordering and shipping ink! This is a precautionary measure that is necessary to protect the integrity of your fluids.
We highly recommend not having your ink sitting overnight in freezing temperatures! Ground orders should not be shipped until the weather forecast does not present the possibility for the product to freeze during transit.
Ground shipments can be made, but they are not guaranteed for climate control. However, overnight shipments are usually okay because the product is continually moving and given less time to freeze.
Please be advised that Supplies For Mailers - All For Mailers cannot warrant products after they freeze. There is no guarantee that the inks we ship from our plant will return to their approved chemical state when they thaw out. So please exercise caution when placing your order, mainly if the product will be in transit over a weekend! This could expose your ink to extended periods of freezing temperatures.

Phone, Email, and Fax Order Policy
Orders placed via any method other than this online store (example: email, phone, fax, etc..) that are under $500 are subject to a $10 processing fee. Some of our pricing is Internet-only pricing and only available to orders placed online.
Shipping Policy
Due to unpredictable supply chain issues and an inability to get accurate shipping estimates from suppliers we can not make any guarantees on shipping times until further notice. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. For now, this statement supersedes all shipping policies below.
Orders will be shipped within one working day M-F of completed payment processing. Except for back-ordered products, in such cases, the buyer will be notified of backorder via email, and the estimated delivery date. For shipping purposes the working day ends at 3:30 EST, on occasion we can ship as late as 5:30 EST. At this time All tabs /wafer seals ship from the factory in NC. Except for orders for single rolls and small cases of rolls of 5,000 less than 100,000 per case, they ship from PA. Meter tapes ribbons and cartridges, usually ship from PA, if we are not able to complete the order they will ship from the factory. Equipment parts and ink, if we do not have it in stock, it will ship from the factory, because of this we can not guarantee delivery times on equipment parts. So if you need a part ASAP you should order it Next Day Air. Because it could be shipping from the opposite side of the country. We are not responsible/liable for any delays in the shipping process after the package is picked up from our facility or our supplier's facility.
International orders
The order must be over $200. All international orders under $200 will be canceled and refunded. You as the customer are responsible for all VAT and or Import taxes. We do not collect those fees/taxes.
Information and Picking Errors
If we make a data entry error that affects your order, we will notify you of the price correction and give you the option to cancel the order. This error could be product pricing or more commonly shipping charges. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any incorrect order and refund your payment.
Bank-Returned Checks:
Your check is welcome! If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you expressly authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the check plus any applicable fees. The use of a check for payment is your acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy and its terms and conditions. Payment Collection:
You agree to pay any and all fees associated with collecting payment/debt. Payment not received within 30 days from shipment will be charged a $10.00 collection fee and interest at 2% or the maximum allowed by the state whichever is higher.
Payment Method Surcharges and or Fees:
The only time we add a fee or service charge is when you pay using Paypal. When using PayPal we charge a 2% fee.

What does this mean to you?
nsProtect™ Secure Extended Validation:
EV Certificates provide a higher level of validation and are available to all business and government entities, but are not available to individuals. The EV process is more rigorous and detailed than any other SSL Certificate and will require additional steps, which may include obtaining signatures from several people within the applying company, legal verification of the business's existence, etc. You move through the various stages of validation using Network Solutions Account Manager. Email communications will also be sent to you to assist you in the process.

NC/NR - NCNR- Non-cancellable / Non-returnable Products Sales Conditions
Buyer hereby acknowledges that all orders for special, custom, value-added and other non-standard and/or non-franchised products ("NC/NR Products") placed with All For Mailers, Inc., or Supplies For Mailers, SuppliesForMailers.com ("Seller") are non-cancellable and non-returnable, including but not limited to, NC/NR Product(s) ordered under such purchase order numbers listed below. No return of NC/NR Product(s) will be accepted by Seller unless installed by an All For Mailers Inc. authorized technician and confirmed by the technician as defective and only with a returned material authorization number ("RMA No.") which shall be issued at the Seller's sole discretion.
Seller shall not be liable for failure to fulfill the purchase orders listed below or for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts or omissions of the other party, acts or omissions of civil or military authority, Government party, acts or omissions of civil or military authority, Government priorities, material shortages, fire, strikes, floods, riots, war, and delays in delivery or transportation. The time for performance of any such obligation shall be extended for the time period lost by reason of the delay.
Seller makes no warranty, express or implied with respect to NC/NR Product(s) IN PARTICULAR, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY RESPECTING THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE NC/NR PRODUCTS OR THEIR SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE OR RESPECTING INFRINGEMENT. However, Seller will transfer to buyer whatever transferable warranties and indemnities Seller receives from the manufacturer of the NC/NR Products. BUYER SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE ENTITLED TO, AND SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, WHETHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OF ANY NATURE INCLUDING, WITHOUT BEING LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT, PROMOTIONAL OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS. BUYER'S RECOVERY FROM SELLER FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED BUYER'S PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCTS IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
The parties agree that the conditions of sale of the NC/NR Product(s) hereunder shall prevail, notwithstanding contrary or additional terms and conditions in any purchase order, acknowledgment, confirmation or any other form or document issued by either party effecting the purchase and/or sale of the NC/NR Product(s).
