We offer a wide array of mailing products and services designed to help you maximize your mailing budget. Our products are manufactured to enhance efficiency while adhering to the highest standards. Supplies For Mailers provides both OEM and re-manufactured products, allowing you to reduce expenses without sacrificing quality or efficiency.

We will search the marketplace, secure the unit you requested, facilitate refurbishment, and present you with the machine you need. All For Mailers operates a supply division, Supplies For Mailers, which is focused on being the go-to source for supplies and consumables specifically designed for the equipment we represent and sell. Our equipment solutions are further enhanced by the supply and consumable products offered by Supplies For Mailers and our knowledgeable staff. All equipment is sold with a 90-day warranty, providing extra peace of mind.

Additionally, any supply item purchased is guaranteed to work within the specifications of the equipment you operate.

Purchase Orders - Net 30 Credit Application

Return / Cancellation Policy

Equipment has a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise and will be repaired and returned if needed. All Sales are Final and cannot be returned for a full refund. However, this can be an added-value option and would be stated on your order. In this case, the machine can be returned for a refund (minus 3% credit card and processing fees) with an RA Number after calling 866-471-6764 and receiving your RA number as long as you have not excessively used or damaged the equipment.

Equipment cannot have been used for more than 20,000 cycles. The buyer pays all shipping, handling, consumables, and labor charges. An example of labor charges would be our technician needing to spend an hour cleaning peanuts out of the machine. Feed rollers worn and needing replacement.

Supplies can be returned within 30 days if unopened; 30 days if opened and returned due to manufacturer defect. Store credit will be issued if merchandise has a manufacturer defect and is verified as such by us or, if needed, by the manufacturer. No credit will be issued if damaged by improper use, cleaning, storage, or mishandling. No refund will be issued if the only problem is that it is not working correctly for your current job or the item you are currently printing on.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Supplies For Mailers - All For Mailers Inc. has the sole discretion as to whether a store credit or refund is issued. Often, the item must be inspected by the manufacturer; this process can take a few weeks to get the results. Rena Mach Tanks / M-Jet: we can only cover tanks / M-Jet parts if you purchased the printer from us, All For Mailers Inc. If you did not purchase the printer from us, we cannot warranty the tanks/parts.

Differences in labeling, the coloring of packaging, or any packaging/labeling are NOT valid reasons for returning any product. All equipment parts sales are final and without warranty unless installed by an All For Mailers authorized technician.

To make a return, reply to your order confirmation email stating what you need to return, why it's being returned, and the tracking number for the return. Then ship the product back to:

Please include a copy of the email in the box. Credit in the form of a Gift Certificate will be issued within 30 days of return and review.

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight. We only enforce the restocking fee on rarely ordered items or on items going back to a manufacturer that will charge us the fee. See Equipment and Parts above for additional details.

Shipping Notice

During temperature-sensitive periods, extra care must be taken when ordering and shipping ink! This is a precautionary measure that is necessary to protect the integrity of your fluids.

We highly recommend not having your ink sitting overnight in freezing temperatures! Ground orders should not be shipped until the weather forecast does not present the possibility for the product to freeze during transit.

Ground shipments can be made, but they are not guaranteed for climate control. However, overnight shipments are usually okay because the product continually moves and gives less time to freeze.

Please be advised that Supplies For Mailers - All For Mailers cannot warrant products after they freeze. There is no guarantee that the inks we ship from our plant will return to their approved chemical state when they thaw out. So please exercise caution when placing your order, mainly if the product will be in transit over the weekend! This could expose your ink to extended periods of freezing temperatures.

Phone, Email, and Fax Order Policy

Orders placed via any method other than this online store (for example, email, phone, fax, etc.) that are under $500 are subject to a $10 processing fee. Some of our pricing is Internet-only and only available for online orders.

Shipping Policy

Due to unpredictable supply chain issues and an inability to get accurate shipping estimates from suppliers, we cannot guarantee shipping times until further notice. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. For now, this statement supersedes all shipping policies below.

Orders will be shipped within one working day, M–F, of completed payment processing. Except for back-ordered products, in such cases, the buyer will be notified of the backorder via email and the estimated delivery date. For shipping purposes the working day ends at 3:30 EST; on occasion we can ship as late as 5:30 EST. At this time, all tabs/wafer seals ship from the factory in NC, except for orders for single rolls and small cases of rolls of 5,000 less than 100,000 per case, which ship from PA.

Meter tapes, ribbons, and cartridges usually ship from PA; if we are not able to complete the order they will ship from the factory. Equipment parts and ink: if we do not have it in stock, it will ship from the factory; because of this we cannot guarantee delivery times on equipment parts. So, if you need a part ASAP, you should order it Next Day Air because it could be shipped from the opposite side of the country.

We are not responsible/liable for any delays in the shipping process after the package is picked up from our facility or our supplier's facility.

International Orders

The order must be over $200. All international orders under $200 will be canceled and refunded. As the customer, you are responsible for all VAT and/or import taxes. We do not collect those fees/taxes.

Information and Picking Errors

If we make a data entry error that affects your order, we will notify you of the price correction and give you the option to cancel the order. This error could be product pricing or, more commonly, shipping charges. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any incorrect order and refund your payment.

Bank-Returned Checks

If your check is returned for insufficient funds, you authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the check, plus any applicable fees. Using a check for payment is your acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy and its terms and conditions. Payment Collection

You agree to pay any and all fees associated with collecting payment/debt. Payment not received within 30 days from shipment will be charged a $10.00 collection fee and interest at 2% or the maximum the state allows, whichever is higher.

Payment Method Surcharges and/or Additional Fees

Some manufacturers have a minimum purchase requirement varying from $50 to $100. If the order is under the required amount, they charge us a fee that ranges from $15 to $50. If your order incurs a fee, we will contact you and advise you of your options. The most common options are paying the additional fee, increasing your order, or having us combine it with our next order, which will delay the shipment. For NCNR (non-cancellable, non-returnable) items, see the statement at the bottom of this page.

Our Commitment To Privacy and Security

At Supplies For Mailers, the Mailing Supply Division of All For Mailers Inc., protecting your privacy and securing your data is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all personal and payment information you provide.

Secure Connections and Encryption

We use an Extended Validation (EV) SSL/TLS certificate from a trusted Certificate Authority to encrypt all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. This ensures secure logins, browsing, and checkout processes. You will see a padlock icon and our verified organization name in your browser's address bar during these interactions, confirming a protected connection.

Payment Security and PCI DSS Compliance

All payment transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant third-party gateways (e.g., Authorize.net), which handle cardholder data (CHD) without it touching our servers. We do not store sensitive authentication data (SAD), such as full card numbers or CVVs, post-authorization. Our systems undergo regular vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and quarterly PCI compliance validations to safeguard the cardholder data environment (CDE).

Data Protection Practices

  • Information Collection: We collect only necessary data for order fulfillment, such as contact details and shipping addresses. Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) are configured to anonymize IP addresses and exclude payment-related events.
  • Access Controls: Access to sensitive systems is restricted via multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based permissions, and employee training on security best practices.
  • Incident Response: In the event of a suspected security incident, we follow a documented response plan, including notification to affected users and regulatory bodies within required timelines (e.g., as per PCI DSS Requirement 12.10).
  • Third-Party Security: All external scripts and services (e.g., security badges from Authorize.net and Network Solutions) are vetted for compliance and loaded over HTTPS without accessing cardholder data.

All messages you send through the Service, whether to us or other users, are stored on our servers. All For Mailers Inc. employs servers and services owned by third parties to retain these messages.

SMS Disclosure

At this time, we do not market via SMS / Cell Phone Messaging. We only respond to questions/information sent to us for service, sales, or order fulfillment.

By reaching us by SMS, you agree to receive recurring messages from All For Mailers Inc. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your interactions and preferences. You can reply STOP to opt-out of future messages or HELP for more information.

No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Disclosure of Your Information

All For Mailers Inc. does not share any client data with third parties for marketing, promotional purposes, or any other purposes. Policy Changes

NC/NR - NCNR- Non-cancellable / Non-returnable Products Sales Conditions

Acknowledgment of Non-Cancellability and Non-Returnability

By placing an order, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all purchases of unique, custom, value-added, or other non-standard and/or non-franchised products ("NC/NR Products") from All For Mailers, Inc., Supplies For Mailers, or SuppliesForMailers.com ("Seller") are final, non-cancellable, and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, any NC/NR Products ordered under the purchase order numbers referenced in the applicable transaction. No returns of NC/NR Products will be accepted by Seller except in cases where the product was installed by an authorized All For Mailers, Inc. technician, confirmed by the technician as defective, and accompanied by a Returned Material Authorization number ("RMA No."), which Seller may issue at its sole discretion.

Force Majeure and Excusable Delays

Seller shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill purchase orders or for delays in delivery arising from causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God; acts or omissions of the Buyer; acts or omissions of civil or military authorities; government priorities; material shortages; fire; strikes; floods; epidemics; riots; war; and delays in transportation or supply chains. In the event of such a delay, the time for Seller's performance shall be extended by the duration of the delay, plus a reasonable period for recovery.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Seller provides no express or implied warranties regarding the NC/NR Products. In particular, Seller disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability for any use, or non-infringement. However, Seller will pass through to Buyer any transferable warranties and indemnities received from the manufacturer of the NC/NR Products.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buyer be entitled to, nor shall Seller be liable for, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the NC/NR Products. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, promotional or manufacturing expenses, overhead, injury to reputation, or loss of customers. Buyer's maximum recovery from Seller for any claim—whether based in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise—shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Buyer for the affected NC/NR Products.

Governing Terms

These NC/NR Products Sales Conditions shall govern the transaction and prevail over any contrary or additional terms in Buyer's purchase order, acknowledgment, confirmation, or any other document issued by either party related to the purchase or sale of the NC/NR Products.

Changes to Conditions

These conditions are subject to change without notice. Buyer is responsible for reviewing the most current version available on Seller's website prior to placing an order.
